Many backpacks come with a straw attachment so that you can access a drink without needing to move your hands. Before getting on the road, fill the base of the backpack with ice water, fruit juice, or a sports drink that contains electrolytes.

Extend the straw attachment before securing the backpack to your back with shoulder straps. Make sure that the end of the straw is next to your mouth so that you can grasp it between your lips as needed. Before you head home, clean the inside of the bag and fill it with another cool beverage.

Battery-Operated Cooling Vest
